Description : In a world where vampires are near extinct and the creation of a new vampire is near impossible and never involuntary, a young punk musician named Jonny finds himself dying at the hands of a vampire on the night that should have been his turning point for the better. Against all reason, Jonny is still quite improbably transformed into a vampire through neither intent nor fault of his killer, greatly disrupting already delicate political tensions within the vampire world. Oblivious to his condition, Jonny attempts to stumble back into his life where he left off, leaving a trail of confusion and destruction in his wake. Tensions surge between rival vampire factions as they battle for control over the situation, while members of a powerful vampire-hunting organization stand ready to strike during the opportunities created by the chaos. BloodDreams Issue 1 is the first of a six-issue story arc that reveals a dark world as it reacts to Jonny's incomprehensible transformation and tries to find a place for him in their world that he wants nothing to do with.

The BloodDreams story continues as Jonny flees from he doesn't even know what, leaving a trail of chaos in his wake. After inexplicably surviving certain death, Jonny finds himself in the crosshairs of rival vampire factions and vampire hunters alike, though he still has no idea that vampires even exist, let alone what exactly has happened to him. All he wants is answers, at best all he gets is more questions, and at worst he gets a whole lot more. The repercussions of failure resonate heavily for those pursuing him, strengthening resolve from all angles as the chase evolves into a bizarre game of hot potato. BloodDreams Issue 2 picks up right where Issue 1 left off, and quickly picks up the pace as Jonny blunders into a whirlwind of blood and confusion.
